We only prepare foods from the freshest and finest ingredients. We use brand names such as Philadelphia & Pillsbury. Being cost efficient is important in every business, but not at the cost of quality. We will not cut corners on ingredients or sell yesterday's bagels in order to increase profits. Instead, we will please each and every one of our customers with 100% quality. The profits will follow. This philosophy is based on our pride coupled with the fact that customers are our #1 marketing tool. They will tell their friends, and their friends will tell theirs, and so on. The repeat customer is our greatest achievement. We even have repeat customers from Texas, Chicago, Maine, and from as far as California.
Every store we build, we build personally. We design, we oversee, and we pay as much obsessive attention to detail during construction as we do when we are open for business. We completely gut out the premise, and build our store by strictly adhering to building and health codes. We build it the right way from the start so that it is easier to maintain the store when we are open for business. Maintaining cleanliness is as much in the front burner as is our bagel.
